To solve the rusty battery tray bolt problem (and all future conditioned bolts), I picked up a pneumatic cut-off tool at Harbor Freight Tools last week. In addition, I brought home a 3/8" wrench, 1/4" wrench and a 1/2" impact wrench (all pneumatic) to mate up with my compressor. Rusty bolts beware.
My new MSD Billet Distributor arrived this week and is getting ready to be placed into the engine...after I set the curve.I picked up most of the parts needed to bring the engine back to life; radiator hoses, new thermostat and housing, belt, battery, etc. I need to pick up an oil filter, oil and coolant.
Since I have new (open letter) Cobra Valve covers on the way, I'll need to pick up a set of valve cover gaskets and new bolts to pretty things up a bit.

The heater hoses will have to go at some point, but they still looked to be in good shape. A future project will be to add braiding over the hoses to make the compartment more aesthetically pleasing.
I am quite a bit surprised by the overall condition of the sheet metal in throughout the car. The frame rails, torque boxes and battery apron are all in excellent shape. The latter needing a bit of clean-up and prep for some fresh paint.
Time to get at it.
