After spending the bulk of yesterday doing the prep-work, I finally laid down a coat of black in the engine compartment. She hasn't looked that good under the hood since I have owned her.
I'll be laying one more coat down tonight and then start reassembling everything. I will also drop the oil pan and fish out the old oil pump shaft. I picked up a new Ford Racing oil pump drive shaft, part M-6605-A302 from Baxter Auto Parts.
